Will refund or resend item (if in stock) if the item has been damaged due to our packaging.

Refunds
Earrings -NO RETURNS PERIOD
Necklaces/Pendants-The only exception is if one of my items is defective.
You have to let me know within the first week of receiving it, i then will
decided if it was a defect or not.
NO REFUNDS PERIOD UNLESS THE ITEM IS DAMAGED!
